Please note that the full term’s school fee is always due for payment on the first day of the school term but you can choose any one of the options of payment as mentioned below:
Option 1: Full school fee of the year can be paid before the last day of the previous term. [i.e. on or before 28th November 2014, Friday] and parents can enjoy P500 discount [+ P200 sibling discount if any].
Option 2: Full school fee of the term can be paid before the last day of the previous term. [i.e. on or before 28th November 2014, Friday] and parents can enjoy P100 discount [+ P200 sibling discount if any].
Option 3: School fee for the whole year can be paid in 10 equal monthly installments of P1160 for std. 1,2,3 pupils and P1220 for std 4,5,6 and 7 pupils. 1st installment is due on the 5th January 2015 and last installment due on the 1st October 2015. No sibling discount in this option.
Calculations of the instalments: For std. 1,2,3: P3700X3 terms=P11100+P500 [instalment fee for the year] =P11600 divide by 10 equal instalments= P1160.00 For std 4,5,6,7: P3900x3 terms=P11700+P500 [instalment fee for the year]=P12200 divide by 10 equal instalments= P1220.00
- Parents can sign 10 cheques of P1160 if your child is in standard 1, 2 or 3. [or P1220 if your child is in standard 4, 5, 6 or 7] and relax for the whole year.
- Any ‘refer to drawer’ cheque will be charged P250 as admin fee by the school.
- The cheques can be exchanged with cash two days before the deposit date.
- All cheques issued to the school must be deposited on the date of the cheque.
A stop order [or direct debit], of the above amount for 10 months, can be arranged with your bank in favor of Leapotswe School. Bank’s stamped copy must be submitted to the school office for record.
Option 4: Parents can still pay the FULL school fee in the first month of the term and enjoy sibling discount.
If you choose this option 4, please ensure that the full school fee is paid with in the first month of the term, failing which an extra levy of P200 will be charged every term you miss the deadline.

Please do write the reference of your child and standard on the deposit slip. Fax the deposit slip to the school bursar [at fax no. 6800996 or 6861215] for the issuing of receipt.
Important: The School expects all parents to pay the school fees on the very first day of the term. However, parents can pay full school fee with in the first month of the term without attracting any penalty. Delaying of the payment of the school fee attracts charges from school as your delay affects school’s loan repayment to the banks.
It is a must for the parents to give one term’s written notice [or pay one term’s school fee in lieu of the notice] when withdrawing the child from school.
